Good news! We've made shipping your Cyclone Rake simple and hassle-free. Whether you're ordering a new Cyclone Rake, accessories, or replacement parts, we've got you covered with clear and predictable shipping.

We've partnered with ABF Freight to ensure your new Cyclone Rake arrives conveniently at your doorstep. New Cyclone Rake systems now ship exclusively on a single pallet to ensure safe, reliable delivery and reduce the risk of damage or missing components. All of the Cyclone Family of products are built to order in our West Haven, CT factory, and most are generally ready for shipment within 1–2 business days from receipt of your order.

Here’s what to expect after you place your order:

  • Each order is professionally stacked, secured, and shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet.

  • All boxes arrive together as one shipment.

  • Delivery includes liftgate service at no additional charge.

  • The pallet is delivered to the first threshold, typically your garage door.

  • No signature is required, and you do not need to be home.

  • The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery.

  • Your PRO Number (freight tracking number) will be provided once your order ships, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Your Cyclone Rake will arrive in multiple packages (typically 7-10 boxes)

  • Please look for the box labeled β€œI'm the First Box to Open”, which contains essential setup components and manuals.

  • Major components in a typical order include:

    • Box 1 (with the Owner's Manual)

    • Chassis Unit

    • Collector Unit

    • Engine Blower Unit

    • Wheels

    • Hitch

    • Mower Deck Adapter or Rubber Collar

    • Deck Hose


Tracking Your Shipment

Once your Cyclone Rake order leaves our West Haven, CT facility, you’ll receive a PRO number by email. This is your tracking number for the freight shipment.

We ship all new Cyclone Rake systems via ABF Freight, a trusted ArcBest company. You can easily track your order using their online tracking tool:

Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive your PRO number when your order ships.

  • Enter the PRO number into the ABF tracking tool linked above.

  • The delivery date shown reflects arrival at the local terminal.

  • The carrier will then contact you directly to schedule your final home delivery.

Note: If you're tracking a shipment for aftermarket parts, those still ship via FedEx, and you'll receive a FedEx tracking number separately.


Shipping Costs

  • New Cyclone Rakes: Delivered free of charge in the continental U.S.

  • Reconditioned Cyclone Rakes: Delivered for a flat $149 fee in the continental U.S.

  • Cyclone Nut Rake: Ships free of charge via FedEx within the lower 48 states.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for shipping our products through any freight company other than our established shipping partner. Our current operations and logistics are specifically tailored to ensure efficient and reliable delivery through our carefully developed shipping process. FAQ

What if I find damage after the delivery?

If the damage wasn’t visible at delivery, you have 5 days (starting the day after delivery) to report it. Contact your local ABF terminal by phone and follow up in writing to start the claim process.

What should I do if my shipment looks damaged when it arrives?

If you see visible damage to the boxes at delivery, make sure to note it on the Bill of Lading before signing. Taking photos is also a big help. We have up to 9 months to file a damage claim, but it must be noted at delivery.

How can I track my shipment? Do I get a tracking number?

You will receive a PRO number by email once your order ships, which you can use to track your shipment on the ABF Freight website.

Do you ship overseas?

International shipping isn’t standard, but quotes can be arranged. To get started, provide your business shipping address, billing address, name, phone number, email, and a list of items you’d like to order. Just a heads-upβ€”you’d be responsible for all duties and tariffs.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If ABF needs to delay a scheduled delivery, they’ll contact you to reschedule. If they can’t complete the delivery, they’ll store your pallet for free for 3 days. After that, storage fees may applyβ€”typically $60 per day, depending on the terminal.
