# How to Identify Your Cyclone Rake Model and Engine

Unlike many outdoor power tools, Cyclone Rake products don’t always have serial numbers or model information displayed directly on the unit. However, some models may have a sticker on the blower housing that provides specific details. Whether you purchased your unit directly from us or have a pre-owned model, we can help you identify it!

## **How We Can Help Identify Your Model**

If you bought your Cyclone Rake directly from us, our customer service team can look up your original sales order to confirm your exact model. Just reach out with your purchase details.

If you have a **pre-owned unit**, we can identify your model by checking a few key characteristics:

- **Engine brand and horsepower**
- **Collector bag color**
- **Shape of the collector bag** (Does it widen at the rear?)
- **Diameter of the engine blower outlet**
- **Impeller color and number of blades**
