# Important Information for California Customers

Due to California's new emissions regulations effective January 1, 2024, there are some important changes affecting our ability to ship certain products to California.

## Current California Regulations:

- New engines must meet California emissions standards
- Engines manufactured after January 1, 2024, must be fuel-injected
- Currently, Briggs & Stratton is not producing California-compliant small engines

### What This Means for California Customers:

- New complete Cyclone Rake units cannot currently be shipped to California
- Website shipping to California addresses has been disabled
