# Information for Canadian Customers

We understand that Canadian customers have specific needs when purchasing Cyclone Rake products. This guide provides important information to help make your experience as smooth as possible.

## Canadian Dealer Network: Power Source Canada (PSC)

To better serve our Canadian customers, we've partnered with Power Source Canada (PSC) to bring the Cyclone Rake to select retailers across Canada. Purchasing through PSC offers several advantages:

- No international shipping challenges
- Avoid customs fees and import taxes
- Same legendary Cyclone Rake quality
- Local support in Canada
- Faster delivery times

### Important Shipping Requirements

If ordering directly from Cyclone Rake:

- We can accept a Canadian billing address
- All shipments must be to a U.S. address
- We cannot ship directly to Canadian addresses

### Why Purchase Through Power Source Canada?

While we operate factory-direct from our Connecticut facility to keep prices low for U.S. customers, international purchases involve additional complications. By purchasing through PSC, you'll avoid:

- High international shipping costs
- Import taxes and duties
- Customs brokerage fees
- Potential delivery delays at the border

### Using Credit Cards for U.S. Purchases

If you do need to make purchases directly from us using a Canadian credit card, you may encounter issues with ZIP code verification, especially since Canadian postal codes contain both letters and numbers while U.S. payment systems only accept numeric ZIP codes.

Here's a simple workaround when prompted for a ZIP code:

1. Take the three digits from your postal code
2. Add two zeros at the end
3. Enter this 5-digit number as your ZIP code

For example:

- If your postal code is M4B 1G5, you would enter 41500
- If your postal code is V6B 3K9, you would enter 63900

This method is widely recommended and should help ensure your transaction processes smoothly.
