Modifying an Existing Order
Once you've placed your order for any of our products or accessories, our fulfillment process begins quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. Because of this:
We're unable to make edits to orders after they've been placed
If you need to change your order, we can cancel your current order and issue a full refund
Important: Cancellations must be requested before your order ships
You can then place a new order with your desired changes
Just let us know if you'd like to proceed with cancellation, and we'll take care of it right away
Delaying Shipment of Your Order
