Please reach out to us first to let us know you're unable to email your pictures. We’ll set up a case on your account to help us keep track of your photos and what we’re helping you with.

Step 2: We’ll Set Up a Case for You

Once we’ve created the case, we’ll give you the details you need, including a Case Number. You’ll also get our dedicated number for sending pictures by text message.
