What is a Reconditioned Cyclone Rake?

Reconditioned Cyclone Rakes are units that have been:

• Used in our in-house field testing program, or

• Returned during a customer’s 12-Month Risk-Free Trial.

Only units with minimal usage and excellent condition are selected for reconditioning. Each is thoroughly inspected to meet our performance standards. Every reconditioned Cyclone Rake also goes through a 4-step certification process at our Connecticut factory:

1. Initial Inspection – A visual check of all key components and systems

2. Performance Testing – Full operation run to confirm everything functions correctly

3. Repair & Restoration – Any repairs are made using genuine Cyclone Rake parts

4. Final Certification – A final quality review and approval from our manufacturing team. Some units may have light cosmetic wear—like minor scratches or dings—but they work just as well as new.

What You'll Need to Place Your Order

To make sure you’re getting the right match for your mower, you’ll need to provide:

• Make of your tractor

• Full model number

• Deck size

Once you’ve got that info handy, ordering is simple.

Each bundle includes a mix of new and reconditioned parts, assembled as a complete unit. Here's what to know:

• Bundles are sold as-is with no substitutions

• You can purchase additional accessories separately at CycloneRake.com

• Availability of specific models may vary depending on stock

Reconditioned Parts Availability

In addition to full units, we also offer a limited selection of reconditioned parts. These parts can be found on the same pages where our new parts are listed.

For example, if you’re looking for a Commander Collector Complete, a reconditioned version (if available) will appear right on that same product page. Availability changes frequently, so check back often for current listings.

We also accept Tax-Exempt orders. You will need to contact our customer service department to be set up for tax-exempt status if not already done.

To keep pricing low and processing simple, we do not offer:

• Substitutions within bundles

• Net 30 payment terms

• Financing options (we're still evaluating Bread financing)

Shipping Your Reconditioned Cyclone Rake

• Flat-rate shipping: $149

• Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days via LTL Freight

• Shipments include 6 to 8 boxes, secured together on a pallet

Here’s what to expect:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking, sent the day it ships

• ABF Freight (or a similar carrier) will call to schedule delivery

• Lift Gate Service is included—your pallet will be lowered to your driveway

• Someone needs to be home for delivery

Shipment includes:

• Boxed parts: MDA, Box 1 (with Blower Inlet Collar, Exit Chute, Hitch Forks, Extender Brackets, Assembly Manual, Parts Manual, safety goggles, and earplugs), Wheels, Blower, and Hitch

• Unboxed parts: Hose, Chassis, and Collector
