Understanding Your Order Status

When you check your order in your account, you may see different status indicators. Here's what each status means:

Warning Status

If you see this status, don't worry! This usually indicates a minor technical issue (like a tax calculation adjustment) that our system is automatically resolving. Your order is still processing and this won't affect your delivery timeline.

Error Status

This status appears when our system has encountered a processing glitch. Our team is automatically notified and working to resolve it. There's nothing you need to do - we'll have your order moving forward shortly.

Internal Review

This status means our technical support team is reviewing your order details, typically to verify equipment compatibility or check special requirements. This careful review ensures you receive exactly what you need for your setup.

If they find they need any additional information, someone from the team may reach out to you soon. Otherwise, once the review is complete, your order will be all set to move along to the next step.

Processing

Your order has been confirmed and is now being transferred to our manufacturing team's system. This means we're getting everything ready to build your Cyclone Rake.

Preparing

Our manufacturing team is actively working on your order, gathering components and preparing everything for shipment. This is the final stage before your order ships.

Completed

Great news! Your order has shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to you.

Checking Your Order Status

  4. Click to view current status
