Understanding the specific tire requirements for your Cyclone Rake will help you maintain your equipment properly. This guide covers everything you need to know about Cyclone Rake tires, inner tubes, and related hardware.
Tire Specifications
All Cyclone Rake models use the same size tires:
Diameter: 10 inches
Width: 3.5 inches
Tire size designation: 4.10/3.5-4
Axle hole size: 5/8 inch
Type: Pneumatic (air-filled) with inner tubes
This specification applies to both single wheels and Dual-PRO Super Wheels.
Inner Tubes
All Cyclone Rake wheels contain inner tubes:
The inner tube size matches the tire: 4.10/3.5-4
We do not offer tubeless tire options
All Cyclone Rake tires have always been sold with tubes
Hardware Specifications
If you need to know the hardware sizes for tire assembly:
Wheel rim bolt: M8 x 20mm
Wheel rim nut: M8 nylon lock nut
Please note that these hardware components are not sold separately. If you need replacements, you'll need to purchase the complete tire and wheel assembly.
Replacement Parts
When replacing parts, you'll need to know which components to order:
Tire & Wheel Assembly (part #01-01-826): Works for both single and Dual-PRO wheels
Axle Tube for Dual-PRO Wheel (part #01-01-828)
Axle Tube for Single Wheel (part #01-01-881)
The tire and wheel assembly does not include the axle tube, as different wheel configurations use different axle tubes.
Non-Air-Filled Tire Options
We do not currently offer non-air-filled (solid) tires for the Cyclone Rake. If you're looking to purchase aftermarket solid tires, you'll need the specifications listed above (4.10/3.5-4).
Tubeless Tire Installation Tip
If you've switched to aftermarket tubeless tires and are having difficulty getting them properly seated on the rim, applying soapy water to the bead can help it slide into place more easily.

FAQ
How do I replace the inner tube?
It's very simple to replace the inner tube, all you have to do is bring the entire tire out of the wheel fork, and take the wheel apart. Just remove the four bolts that hold the rim in, and you should be able to remove that inner tube very easily and add the new one. Then just put the rim back in and re-attach the wheel fork. |
