Knowing your Cyclone Rake's tire specs makes it a lot easier to keep your unit rolling smoothly. Here's everything you need to know about tires, inner tubes, and ordering replacements.
Tire & Tube Specifications
All Cyclone Rake models use the same size tire, whether you have single wheels or Dual-PRO Super Wheels:
Diameter: 10 inches
Width: 3.5 inches
Tire size designation: 4.10/3.5-4
Axle hole size: 5/8 inch
Type: Pneumatic (air-filled), with an inner tube
The inner tube matches the tire size (4.10/3.5-4). We've always sold our tires with tubes included — we don't offer a tubeless option.
What to Order When Replacing
The wheel rim bolt (M8 x 20mm) and rim nut (M8 nylon lock nut) aren't sold separately, so if you need new hardware, you'll order the complete tire and wheel assembly rather than individual pieces. Here's what to order depending on what you need:

Note: the tire and wheel assembly doesn't include the axle tube — different wheel setups use different axle tubes, so be sure to order the right one for your unit.
Do You Have an Older Dual-PRO Wheel Fork?
If you have a dual-wheel unit made roughly between 1997 and 2004, your wheel fork may be an older style that isn't compatible with our current caster pads. Here's how to tell:

Both older styles use a double-wide caster pad that's no longer sold on its own. Since that pad isn't available separately, you'll need to replace the whole assembly. Order both of these together:

Both parts come with all the hardware needed, so it's a straightforward swap — but the new fork won't seat correctly without the matching caster pad, so be sure to order the pair.
A Couple of Extra Tips
Solid tires: We don't currently offer non-air-filled (solid) tires. If you'd like to try an aftermarket solid tire, just make sure it matches our spec (4.10/3.5-4).
Installing tubeless aftermarket tires: Having trouble getting the bead to seat on the rim? A little soapy water on the bead usually helps it slide into place.

How do I replace the inner tube?
It's very simple to replace the inner tube, all you have to do is bring the entire tire out of the wheel fork, and take the wheel apart. Just remove the four bolts that hold the rim in, and you should be able to remove that inner tube very easily and add the new one. Then just put the rim back in and re-attach the wheel fork. |
