Step-by-Step Adjustment Process:

1️⃣ Remove the MDA assembly

  • Unscrew the two MDA clamp knobs

  • Carefully lift the MDA assembly off the mounting studs

2️⃣ Loosen the deck plate bolts

  • Locate the two bolts securing the smaller plate to your mower deck

  • Loosen them slightly to allow for adjustment

3️⃣ Adjust the plate position

  • Find the end of the plate where the studs protrude

  • Rotate it clockwise until you feel resistance (the plate will have some natural play)

4️⃣ Secure the adjustment

  • While holding the plate in its maximum clockwise position, tighten the deck bolts firmly

5️⃣ Reattach the MDA assembly

  • Place it back over the mounting studs

  • The gap should now be eliminated, ensuring a flush fit

Expected Result:

After completing these adjustments, you should see a flush fit between your mower deck and the Y MDA, ensuring optimal performance of your Cyclone Rake.
