Safety First

Before any maintenance:

  • Disconnect the spark plug wire

  • Ensure engine is completely cool

  • Work in a well-lit area


Quick Inspection Process

  1. Access the Impeller

    • Remove the exit chute and detach from collector bag

  2. Visual Check

    • Look for wear, chips, breaks, or bent sections

    • Check for unusual flexing or misalignment

  3. Operation Test

    • Listen for unusual sounds during operation

    • Monitor for consistent performance


When to Replace

  • Significant wear or structural damage

  • Missing or damaged blades

  • Persistent vibration

  • Decreased vacuum power
