Locating the Axle Tube During Assembly (CRS Model)

Prev Next

If you're assembling your Cyclone Rake CRS model and can't seem to locate the axle tube, you're not aloneβ€”this is a common question.

During packaging, the axle tube is zip-tied directly to the bottom of the collector frame for secure shipping. It's easy to miss at first glance, especially since it blends in with the black support frame and mesh.

Here’s how to find it:

  • Lay the collector frame flat on your work surface, just as it comes out of the box.

  • Look along the edge of the frame, as shown in the picture below.

  • You’ll see the axle tube zip-tied neatly in place. It's a smooth, metal tube that runs horizontally along the frame.

  • Carefully snip the zip ties to free the axle tube for use in the next assembly steps.
