If you’ve received your Cyclone Rake shipment but can’t find your hitch, don’t worry—there’s a good chance it’s already there. Many customers don’t realize their hitch may be packed inside another box, especially when their hitch order ships as a Combined Shipment.
Check the MDA Box First
When your hitch is marked as Combined Shipping, we often place smaller parts—like the hitch—inside larger boxes to save space and reduce packaging. In most cases, the hitch is packed inside the MDA (Master Debris Assembly) box.
Here’s how to locate it:
Open the MDA box fully and look for a smaller cardboard box tucked inside.
The hitch is often placed in this inner box along with its hardware.
Be sure to unpack all contents of the MDA box thoroughly before assuming anything is missing.
