You can initiate your return one of two ways:

Select your Cyclone Rake order
Click βRequest Returnβ and follow the steps

We'll walk you through the rest
Once your request is in, our Returns Team will email you a document to sign with clear instructions on what to return and how to prep it for shipping. Once completed, your prepaid Fedex labels will be emailed to you.

Once your return is processed and the required items are received, our Returns Team will follow up with your refund details.
π Single Pin β Dual Pin Conversion
If you're switching to a Dual Pin setup:
Simply give us a call. A knowledgeable rep will help you choose the right components based on your mower and current configuration.
Once your returned items are received, our Returns Team will finalize your refund.

Return Fee: A flat $49 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
One-Time Use: This exchange counts as your Peace of Mind Trialβyou won't be eligible for a second return.
Timeline:
Youβll have 30 days to complete your return once instructions are sent.
Schedule your FedEx pickup within 5 business days of receiving labels.
Refund Timing:
Credit Card Purchases: Up to 7 business days
Purchases Over 90 Days Old: Refunded via check (arrives in ~10 days)
Bread Financing: Processed directly through Bread
