How to Schedule a FedEx Pickup for Your Return

If you've received a return label from us and need to schedule a pickup for your return package with FedEx, it's easy to do online!

Steps to Schedule a Pickup:

  1. Go to the FedEx Pickup Page: Schedule a FedEx Pickup

  2. Enter Your Tracking Number or Account Details: Follow the on-screen prompts to provide your shipment details.

  3. Choose Your Pickup Location & Date:

    • Business locations: Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM.

    • Residential locations: Pickups are available Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM.

    • Pickups can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance.

  4. Confirm Your Request: Double-check your details and submit the request.
