Our Peace of Mind Trial Periods

We offer different trial lengths depending on the product:

• Cyclone Rake Models (Residential or Commercial Use): 6-month (180-day) trial period

• Cyclone Nut Rake: 90-day trial period

* Sales Tax on items will not be returned after 90 days as this is paid directly to your state.

This gives you the time to put your equipment through its paces in real yard conditions—leaves, grass, seasonal cleanups, and more.

How the Trial Works

1. Purchase and Use
Order your Cyclone Rake and use it just like you normally would.

2. Put It to the Test
Try it across different jobs and weather. Use it as much as needed to make sure it’s a good fit.

3. Not the Right Match?
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our customer service team during your trial period.

4. Return Instructions
We’ll walk you through packing and shipping your machine back.

5. Refund Process
A flat Return Processing Fee is deducted from your refund:

o Cyclone Rake models: $299

o Cyclone Nut Rake: $149

This fee covers round-trip shipping and inspection. Each customer is eligible for one Peace of Mind Trial per household or business.
