What to Do if Your Order is Missing, Damaged, or Delivered Incorrectly

Prev Next

We know how important it is for your Cyclone Rake equipment to arrive safe and sound. If you’re having an issue with your delivery, we’re here to help make it right. Below are a few tips to help you understand the processβ€”but don’t worry, you should always reach out to us directly so we can take care of everything for you.

πŸ“¦ Tracking Says β€œDelivered” But You Didn’t Get It?

Sometimes a package shows as delivered, but it wasn’t actually received. If this happens:

  • Check the delivery photo in your tracking link (if available).

  • Let us know right away if the photo doesn’t match your home.

  • If you can, snap a quick photo of the front of your house and send it to us. This helps if we need to file a claim with the carrier.

Good to know: Shipping carriers like FedEx often won’t investigate further unless there’s proof the delivery was made to the wrong address. Your photo helps us get that sorted faster.

No delivery photo? You’ve got two options:

  • You can contact FedEx directly and ask them to open a case. If you go this route, just be sure to keep us updated on what they tell you.

  • Or, you can contact us, and we’ll take care of reaching out to FedEx and handling the investigation on your behalf.

🚚 My Package Still Hasn’t Arrived and It’s Been a Week

If your tracking shows no updates and it’s been more than 7 days since the last scan:

  • Reach out to us right awayβ€”we can usually go ahead and send a replacement at that point.

If it’s been less than 7 days, we’ll look into it further and keep you posted.

πŸ“· My Order Arrived Damaged – What Should I Do?

We’re sorry to hear that! To get things resolved quickly, please send us a few photos:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • A photo showing the full item

  • A photo of the shipping box (with label visible)

  • If the packaging inside was damaged too, a photo of that as well

These photos help us process claims and send replacements faster.
